1. THE 14-DAY PRE-ORDER DROP
This is a strictly limited 14-day pre-order. The cart officially closes on April 15th (or when 250 units sell out).

2. SHIPPING TIMELINE
No inventory is printed until the window closes. On Day 15, the master order is sent to production. Expect your tracking number to be emailed to you roughly 10-14 business days AFTER the cart officially closes as we pack these by hand in NC.

3. ALL SALES ARE FINAL (NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS)
Because every dollar spent instantly generates automatic, legally binding entries into the $1,500 TurboLamik TCU Sweepstakes, ALL SALES ARE STRICTLY FINAL. We cannot issue refunds or returns once your transaction clears, as doing so would illegally alter the sweepstakes ledger.

4. CHARGEBACK POLICY
Any customer who fraudulently files a credit card chargeback claiming "item not received" during the stated pre-order manufacturing window will have their sweepstakes entries permanently voided and their IP address banned from future Swap-Spec heavy metal drops.
