Description
Tempo-800 Internal Reciprocating Group
[ SYSTEM STATUS: REINFORCED ] [ ARCHITECTURE: FORGED ROTATING ASSEMBLY ]
The Internal Reciprocating Group is the structural core of the Tempo-800 protocol. To transition from factory power levels to high-boost execution, the engine’s rotating mass must be replaced with forged alloys capable of withstanding extreme cylinder pressures and thermal expansion. This group provides the mechanical "Insurance Policy" for the 2JZ block.
1. Forged Aluminum Pistons (Specified Spec)
Engineered for high-load durability and optimized thermal management. These pistons feature advanced skirt coatings and reinforced ring lands to eliminate the "Ring Land Failure" common in OEM components under high boost.
-
Material Logic: 2618 High-Strength Forged Aluminum.
-
Verification: Optimized for high-velocity E85 combustion.
-
Hardware: Includes high-tensile wrist pins and performance ring pack.
2. Forged H-Beam Connecting Rods
The primary link between combustion and torque. Our specified H-beam design offers the perfect balance of mass reduction and structural rigidity, preventing rod-stretch or failure at high RPM.
-
Material Science: 4340 Forged Steel.
-
Hardware: Equipped with ARP 2000 rod bolts as the standard protocol.
-
Balance: Matched sets to within +/- 1 gram for harmonic stability.
3. High-Performance Racing Bearings (Main & Rod)
The sacrificial layer of the engine. These bearings utilize a tri-metal construction designed to handle the high-load thrust of a 1000hp-rated rotating assembly while maintaining consistent oil film thickness.
-
Architecture: Tri-metal p-series or race-series construction.
-
Logic: Increased oil clearance for high-RPM cooling.
-
Durability: Superior fatigue resistance and embedability for long-term engine health.
[ INSTALLATION PROTOCOL: REQUIRES PRECISION MACHINING AND CLEARANCE VERIFICATION ]
